Good afternoon!
Today we went to the library. Checked out several books, tapes and videos. I am currently working on a unit study on the reformation. We did it last year, and this year I wanted to add a few things to our study. We are also currently working on a literature unit study using the Madeline book to study France. This has been lots of fun for us.
I am planning on getting Olivia the Liberty doll from Vision Forum. She LOVES this doll. She also LOVES Indians and so I bought the Sacegewea indian dress that fits the doll. For school we read the story of Sacegewea, and last year at Thanksgiving we read about Squanto. That is how I found out she likes indians. We also have a nice collection on Little House on the Prairie books and videos, and there are a few of these with Indians in them. Her birthday is next Tuesday. She will be 7! The time has gone sooo fast.
