We have just finished three weeks of doctors/dentist appointments! Whew am I glad to be done with that for a little while! Mercy saw the Neurologist and he was please with her development. The GI doctor also was happy for the way she's growing and gaining. Mercy now weighs 15 pounds and 5 ounces and is 24 1/2 inches long! Shes doing great! She can roll over, she can sit up for a couple minutes and longer if I hold her hand:-) She can also reach for things. Mercy sucks on her tongue now. I am hoping she will be nursing soon, but Im not sure that will be as soon as I'd like. She has a very boistrous cry. I think shes the loudest of them all LOL! She saw the NICU follow up nurse, and did very well there too. The Ped. was also glad to see her progress, but is still not ready to give a prognosis (I didn't expect one either). 3 of the y6oungest ones went to the dentist last week for checkups, and yahoo!! all were cavity free!!! Steve is still out of work, and beginning to make us crazy too!! Pray for our family! It's been a difficult winter!
Jessica is still in Wyoming, and will be until Feb. 17 when she hopes to make her way home for a month! Boy do we need her around here!! I am looking forward to spring when we can be outside a little more and get some fresh air!
I pray the Lord blesses each one of you greatly!
