I have been very behind in my blog posting for quite some time, so I don't think any of you are disappointed by the tardiness of my "holiday" posting :-)
First in November we celebrated the darkness of the season by making our yearly lanterns, and going for a nice nature walk as the darkness decended on us. The children are also given homemade scarves, but this year I made Olivia and Abigail wool scarves, and my younger 3 we made gnome hats. Funny thing about these hats is that I had a friend who knits make them, and she made them out of EXACTLY the same yarn I used to make the scarves. I had not specified anything to her so it was completely random! They loved them by the way!!
Then for Thanksgiving we had family over for a wonderful blessed time of thankfulness! I hated to see it end.
Then in December we had several activities, too many to remember so I will merely post pictures with captions, and you can enjoy them that way. It will make it easier for me too
.
