Sew crafty Saturday

My sew crafty Saturday post is not a creation made by me, but by my lovely daughter Olivia. She made a pair of leg warmers out of an Old Navy sweater and then uses the sweater as a vest. I think she has inherited the "sew crafty" gene!!!

It is also that time of year we see the doctor and dentist. This week was dentist, but I only took 2 at a time instead of all at a time. Olivia and Abby had NO cavities, but O had to have 3 teeth pulled because they were baby teeth that were not coming out, so to make room so her permanent teeth could come in they had to pull the baby teeth out. When A got in the chair she had the same thing but only with 2 teeth. This was the first time O had to have anything other than a cleaning, EVER!! Needless to say she wasn't a very happy camper that night! Both girls are fine now. A week later Lily and Savannah saw the dentist, and had absolutely NO cavities. So it was just a cleaning for them, and were they relieved!!!!

Notice the contrast in the painful "smiles" in the first picture with the genuine smiles of the lower picture!!! Won't have to do it again til next year!!!
