Okay Im back with Menu Monday! Sorry for the neglect of my blog as of late. My mother is in the hospital.
My menu for this week is:
Poor Man's Steak, Peas, Mashed Potatoes
Pizza Casserole, and taco salad
Biscuit Bake, this is hearty one dish meal, but I also add a salad on the side
Mushroom pork chops, corn, and potatoes
leftovers- we ususally have these on Wed.
Vegetable soup, garlic bread, pears
tuna casserole, veggie of some form and bread
Chicken patties, salad, and fruit.

Yeah! It's back! Ok, now when you get a chance I need a recipe for Poor Man's Steak, Pizza Casserole, Taco Salad & Biscuit Bake. I would ask for the pork chops one too but Josh is not a happy camper when I use mushrooms for anything. :o)
